    Hi WooCommerce,

We’re working on a website with a transparant header. Though we have an issue when being on a product page when adding a product to the cart. A pop-up is shown, which is great, stating that the item has been added to the cart.

The issue is that it messes up the CSS of the transparant header and I have no clue how to fix this. (see img: https://prnt.sc/vcm16f).

Could you ge so kind to provide some support?

Thank you very much in advance!

    Kind regards,
    Brent Willems

    Hey @itsadesignthing

What would you like to do with this exactly? Should this banner be moved or resized, do you want to remove the transparency, or something else?

    Hi Senff,

    Thank you for your reply!

What are the options and how do we define them? Knowing the possible solutions would be a great help in order to decide. 🙂

    Kind regards,

    Hi @itsadesignthing!

Having had another look at your site, I can no longer see the interference with the header. Am I correct in assuming you’ve managed to resolve the issue? If not, please provide me with the steps I can take to replicate the behavior on your site, so I can take a closer look and see if there is a CSS workaround for this.

    Cheers!

    Hi Rynaldos,

Since we didnt know how to fix it, we just went for the workaround, not using transparant headers on pages where alerts could be shown.

So its ok to close this ticket, thank you! 🙂

    Kind regards,
    IADT
