Transparent Header Caused Resizing/Overlaps

    Hello!
    I changed my global headers to transparent. Once I did that, everything shifted up and it caused many of my page columns to get very small and the text to squish together as if I put in negative line spacing between sentences, but I did not. I cannot figure out how to fix this.

    PS This only happened on pages made with Elementor. I had to use the Gutenberg editor for a few of the scripts because they would not work in Elementor and those pages are fine.

    Also, why is my video cut off at the top in Chrome? And how can I get the word “Welcome” on the front page to move up closer to the top?

    The text issue has been resolved here.

    While for the Header section, if it is made transparent. You will need to manage the setting of the below section as required.

    Thank you. I did not receive an email on this subject so I did not realize it was resolved. I also could not figure out how to view the ticket I had submitted.

    Hello @tamierp

    For every ticket, you open through our Support Portal sends a confirmation email from our end with a ticket ID.

    You can search for any emails from support@bsf.io it might have landed in the Spam folder.

    We would recommend adding our email in your email contacts list so that you receive the replies in your inbox.
