Translate WPForms error messages

    Hello,

    I’m using polylang as my translation plugin and WPForms lite. All is updated to the latest version.

    I wanted to translate form fields and messages however, in polylang string translation the WPForms translation does not exist. As a workaround i created 2 forms each depending on the language but i’m left with the error messages translation.

    Can you please advise how to do so?

    Hi salamsd,

    The validation messages are handled on-the-fly with javascript, so the process to translate them is different than for the other text in WPForms Lite.

    We have a technical doc on how to translate the validation messages into multiple languages, using WPML as an example. For other translation plugins, you might want to reach out to the translation plugin’s support for more information on how to do this.
