• Hello there,

I’ve been using Loco for a while, but I’m facing an issue that I can’t handle.

I’ve created some translations on my theme & plugins, however Loco seems unable to apply them. After some researches, I looked at the config & didn’t see any mistakes.

The locations are ok, I can translate but I can’t apply them.
Even when I try to switch language in the Settings (WordPress) it doesn’t change at all…

    Thanks in advance

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Loco Translate doesn’t “apply” translations as you say. It just saves translation files. If the locations really are OK then the fault must be in the code that actually applies the translations.

I suspect though – if no strings are showing up – that your config is not correct and your files are named wrongly. See FAQ: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/faqs/not-showing

If your theme/plugins are open source please post a download link.

I can’t post in public my admin access, however I might be able to provide a full system status if you want ?

    Hi tim,

Well, I tried to disable Loco and switch language, doesn’t work either.

    Thanks in advance
