Translation problem

Hello,

I installed EZ Horoscope and I really like it.
Since the plugin does not have a Croatian translation, I tried translating it using Polylang, WPML, Gtranslate and Translatepress.
However, none of them translate.
I would like a simple daily horoscope and a Croatian translation.
I would like to ask for your help if possible.
