Translation Dokan

I am trying to translate my website from english to French in the business version. I have updated the .mo and .po files, however many words are still in english in the product description and the dashboard. Also, it seems that those words are not even in the .po files so they can’t be translated.
I have asked Dokan support for their help but they are extremely slow to answer so I am wondering if anyone else had this issue and found the answer, thanks a lot for your help
