translation doesn't show

Hello, once more.
I have translated the theme to Hebrew (with PoEdit), and uploaded bot he-IL.mo and he-IL.po files to the languages folder of both the Parent and the child themes.
However, I don’t see the Hebrew anywhere on the site, front or back end.
I have WordPress installed in Hebrew version from the start.
Is there something else I should do to have the translation work?
