    how can i translate the columns of for Example “Department”?

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    First of all please be aware that we have released a new new more modern plugin for this functionality, please check Team WD plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/staff-team/

    If anyway you want to go with this plugin, then please define the language of your site in Settings > General> Site Language. This way the plugin should be translated automatically. Please be informed, that you can modify the translations from wp-content/plugins/spider-contacts/languages/ (you will need POEdit http://www.poedit.net/download.php). You can find the language codes for Spider Contact here.
