[Resolved] Translation

  • I really like your Theme, because it looks good and it’s very easy to configure, how I want it.
The Problem is that my site is in German and it doesn’t look nice when parts of the page are in English (like “Commented on: Dezember 20, 2013” or “Leave a reply”).
So my question is: How can I edit and translate that parts of the Theme?

I’m assuming some language strings are not being translated? The ones you listed:

    Commented on

…are these the only ones you found not translated?

The not-translated Texts I found, are:
    -) Date: Dezember 20, 2013 Author: admin
    -) The whole Comments-Area
    -) Search
    -) Copyright notice
-) “menu” when screen is small
    -) whole 404 page
    I hope I haven’t forgotten any.

If you need any help with the translation, contact me.

Thanks for the list. I will check the files and regenerate the language file to see if it’s catching the missed strings.
By the way, what version of Preference Lite are you using?

Thanks for the really fast support.
I am using the theme-version 1.8.5 (which is the most current as far as I know)

I’m just regenerating the .pot file right now but if you could provide a link to your site, I will check the pages and match up with the correct file with the theme to make sure they are being found. I will send you a new language file but you will need to contact me from my site to get that.

OK, I’ve contacted you on your page (http://www.styledthemes.com/contact-us)

Quick follow up… did you get my .pot file from the email and try it out yet?
