translating labels on subscription form

Because the form fields, or field titles, are set by the user, they wouldn’t be something that’s included in the translated versions of the forms. In order to translate them, it would be necessary to change the field names within MailChimp itself.

From what it sounds like, you’d like to have two translations of the form hosted on different pages. In this case, it would be possible to do this by using our embedded form code. When pasting the code into your WordPress page, it would then be possible to manually translate the field labels within the code.
