• Hello there,

I would like to translate the Additional Content of the Woocommerce emails in two languages.
I have added the content on the “Additional Content” from the Email > Processing order and also tried to add it on the overrided template with text domain of the child theme.
On Loco Translate > Child Theme, I have tried to press the sync button but I can not see the new added content.
Is there any other way to find and translate the text that have been added on the email override file?

    Thanks in advance

I don’t know anything about how WooCommerce handles email content overrides, or how this is achieved using theme files.

Generally speaking child themes should have their own text domain for adding new static strings. This is described in my guide. If you are expecting additional source strings in your child theme to be added to the “woocommerce” text domain – this won’t happen automatically. It can be done, but I don’t recommend it and it probably isn’t what you want to do anyway.

I suggest you ask WooCommerce support how email overrides work with localisation, because without knowing how it’s done I can’t advise on how to use my editor to achieve it.
