Hi, all labels can be translated in the Subscription/Forms/Standard Form panel, probably Cataòan has not yet translated by the community at translate.wordpress.org.

Finally when I navigate into the plug-in folder I don’t find any called language and it’s .pot file inside. I would like try to translate it. Can you appoints me in the right direction?

Hi, we do not use the pot files, translations are provided by translate.wordpress.org. You can use a plugin to manage locally the translation and it will save your custom translations into the wp-content/languages folder. But all labels should be translatable from our admin panels, what cannot be translated in your specific case?
