By default, the roles that a user can chose are “employer” and “candidate”. Is there a way I can translate the name of these roles into (for example) dutch?

Hi! Employer should already be translated:

However, note:

The language pack for the plugin will be generated when 95% of the Stable (latest release) sub-project strings have been translated (currently 53%)

“Candidate”, however, is not part of the core WP Job manager plugin; it’s part of our add-ons. We don’t have a Dutch translation for those, but see here for how to create your own:
