translate the theme

There’s stuff that I have to do to make it translatable which currently looks like a lot of extra work. If the theme becomes wildly popular then I’ll tackle it but until then …. Meantime the theme is going to undergo quite a few changes, so … It’s on my to-do list, but right at the bottom unless I’m forced to do it.
