Translate Press stuck in a loop

    I updated my plugin and it asked to optimize data tables afterward so I did and not its stuck and I get this message still: TranslatePress is optimizing gettext database tables in the background. Translations continue to work while this runs. Waiting to start background processing…

    To help us identify the cause, please send us the following:

    Please go to Tools → Site Health → Status and check for any errors related to:

    • Loopback requests
    • Scheduled events

    In particular, please look for messages such as:

    • “Your site could not complete a loopback request”
    • “A scheduled event has failed”
    • “A scheduled event is late”

    Please also check your wp-config.php file for the following setting: define( 'DISABLE_WP_CRON', true );

    If DISABLE_WP_CRON is set to true , please confirm with your hosting provider that a server-level cron job is configured to invoke wp-cron.php regularly.

    These checks will help us determine whether background processing is preventing the optimization from progressing.
