Translate Paypal buttons

Hi Allen,

My site: http://rgsimonfoundation.org/
is working great, but my client is asking one last thing, a translated
paypal_btn_donate_lg.gif

Because it’s buried in seamless-donations\images, WPML can’t see it. If it was attached media, WPML Media translation would see it and I could point to a French version of the button, but that would force a bunch of coding changes for you.

Any ideas?
