Translate Kubio header with Polylang?

I use Polylang Free with the Kubio page builder. Kubio stores Hero heading/subtitle/button text inside a global wp_template_part called Front Header.

The navigation inside the same header already has separate EN/BG versions, but the ordinary Kubio text blocks do not.

Is there a way with Polylang Free to register the text values stored inside that template part as strings so I can translate them under Languages → Translations?

I do not need separate header layouts — only different text strings depending on the current language.
