Hello,

Is there a way we can translate “DHL tracking number: {tracking-link}”. We have a website in French and German, and would like to be able to offer this text in thise languages.

We searched for the string via WPML, but could not find it. Maybe it’s better we speak to WPML?

Update: I found the string in WPML and translated it. However the translated string does not appear. Only the English string appears in my German and French order emails. Any reason why?

Can you reach out to WPML support and ask them what they recommend?

As I said we have successfully located he strings with WPML and also translated them. It is just they do not show in the emails as they should (only English). I have raised a ticket with WPML and will look at this with them to see if it is something their end.
