    You can change the heading of the register form by using this hook available here: wpmem_register_heading hook

    In order to translate all fields the best way would be to create/edit the translation for the language you need. The translation files (.po, .mo and .pot) are available in the lang folder (/wp-content/plugins/wp-members/lang)
