We have an integration with TranslatePress plugin:

so this is what we would suggest using. In this case you could translate a slider’s texts within TranslatePress’ system. With other plugins the way we are handling translation is, that we are rather leaving that to the plugin itself. You can duplicate your slider to have it with different languages and use the translation plugin to choose which slider should load. This is how you could use Polylang too.
