We include a POT (Portable Object Template) file, maxgalleria-media-library.pot, in the languages folder of media library plus. You can follow the instructions here to create a .po and .mo files of the plugin text: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-translate-a-wordpress-plugin/
