Transform Function Question

Michael, is it possible to Transform 2 columns in one shortcode?
Do I need a separator syntax below between the 2 Trans/concats or is it not possible? If not possible…is there a way?
I can’t seem to get them both to work…my shortcode below will only create 1 or the other.
