Transferring Links from WordPress.com to WordPress.org

Hello all!

I just transferred my blog from a wordpress.com site (benjaminsolak.wordpress.com) to a wordpress.org site, hosted on Bluehost (benjaminsolak.com). I’m considered particularly because I have one post (Respect–Given, Not Earned) that is a rather popular post on Google and Bing and such, but its link will continue to lead readers back to the old site, on which it was originally posted (benjaminsolak.wordpress.com), while I would like for it to somehow direct over to the same post that is now found on benjaminsolak.com (http://www.benjaminsolak.com/respect-given-not-earned/). Is this possible?

I’m not the most well-versed individual on exporting/importing, MySQL, FTP, etc…so any help is greatly appreciated!
