Google for “All-in-One WP Migration”, I’d give that a shot.
It kind of sound like the better search and replace plugin. I guess what I’m saying is the new location isn’t registering all the changes and edits because in the database the edits are being directed to the temp domain correct? So is it really as easy as just putting the new domain in the correct area within better search and replace plugin and the old one and let it get to work swapping the old with new? then technically all changes should be directed to the new domain. And then within wordpress setting i should just switch the site address to the new once the changes have been made and i should be able to login at the permanent location while it also displays all the work ive done to the temp.

Yes, as well as moving the temp site files to the new location. It is best to search and replaced without any www. http// https// prefix e.g. replace test-domain-name.com with original-domain-name.com.

The search and replace shoud take care of this.
alright barnez im gonna give it a try today. wish me luck boys!
also this is the full adress http://box2079.temp.domains/~barnstp3/?p=123
but i only need to enter box2079.temp.domains as the temp correct?
And this is the permanent domain http://www.barntormersgp.com
so replace box2079.temp.domains with barnstormersgp.com?

Yes. Keep a backup of the original database in case you run into problems.
