I don’t know what I am doing wrong but I really would like to speak via-telephone with someone with moving from wordpress.com to wordpress.org. is there a support number I can call for this?

No there isn’t. This site is strictly run and advice given by volunteers. What exactly is the trouble you’re having? Also, Google is your friend. This is the first link that came up when I searched the subject:
