Okay, I put the http in front and something happened. But libertieluxe.wordpress.com hasn’t switched over to libertieluxe.com.

And….. how is my profile pic from wordpress.com showing on this support forum and nowhere else, i.e. dashboard??
You need to move your content following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Regarding the profile pic, it’s actually a Gravatar, which WordPress.com and these forums use for their Avatars.
http://gravatar.com/
If your profile on your WordPress.org blog has the same email address, it should show the same Gravatar.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve followed the guide. i still have my blog on wordpress.com and just a generic provided by the host at my domain name. I want to combine the two.
Yep, there is no way to combine them in the literal sense, so you need to move the content over.

So both exist simultaneously?
Yes, you can safely delete the WordPress.com blog once the import is done, but I generally recommend just making it Private instead (via Settings -> Reading the WordPress.com blog’s Dashboard), just in case you ever want to go back.

Thanks so much for your help. I’m still showing the temporary URL though.
I see http://libertieluxe.com/ hosted at BlueHost now. Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache?
