Transfer domain to cloudflare

Hello 🙂
I’ve just transferred my domain from wordpress to cloudflare and now my website isn’t working and all I get is the message that pops up when I enter my website into the search bar.
Anyone know why this is happening?

`You can’t get there from here (site_id mismatch error).
This happens when an external blog (a self-hosted blog using the Jetpack plugin) is pointed to WordPress.com by DNS.
If you are trying to migrate away from WordPress.com, please update your DNS to point the domain to your own server.
Otherwise please contact WordPress.com support and explain what you were trying to do, what steps you took, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.`
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/difference-between-wordpress-org-and-wordpress-com/
Because this is an issue with your wordpress.com hosting, you should ask WordPress.com support instead: https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/
