Transaction problems / Admin payment email notification problem

Hi, I’ve some Qs / problems I need help with.
In testing the plugin I’ve set it up and made a payment via paypal.
It worked, and I received a notification email saying payment has been made. I checked Paypal and it had.The thing is, I’ve now been getting a load more of them since (email notifications saying payment received) and they’re not stopping. I’m not receiving multiple payments, just the email notification. The site’s not live yet so nobody else has made a payment, just my test payment.
Also, that payment didn’t appear in the transaction log.
And, although when bank transfer orders were made they appeared in pending, once approved or rejected they didn’t appear in the log anywhere, they just disappear.I mean obviously I have a log of the payment in paypal, and for bank transfers I have a log of the post (it’s payment per post I’m using) until I approve it and approve the post (you have to be logged in to post so email is there to send invoice etc) but this doesn’t seem right for the transactions to then disappear; surely they should all appear / remain in the transaction history? Is this correct plugin behaviour?
