Transaction FAIL in EDGE, enable user message

    I am having two problems:

    1. When I use Microsoft Edge to make a donation on my website, I get this error:

    System – October 9, 2016, 3:16 PM
    Payment failed due to invalid purchase key in PayPal IPN

    I do have a valid IPN, I updated my GIVE plugins, and I cleared my cache. Works fine with Chrome and Firefox. Here is one of the forms on my site:

    http://ethiopianadoptionconnection.org/donations/mdonate/

    2. How can I allow a donor to write a message in paypal (or GIVE)? I can see options for doing this when using a PayPal button, but I cannot figure out how to enable this option with GIVE. Need it.

    FYI – the payment seems to appear in my Paypal account, but the GIVE side reflects a FAIL.

    We don’t have Edge but are getting “Failed” transaction on receipt posting on website even though it goes through paypal. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, checked conflicting plugins. We really need help. This is a major setback and causing mass confusion for our just launched little nonprofit! It was working at one point…

    Hi @eac2015 — the last request we had from you was Oct 5 which we replied to and that issue is closed. Please submit again with as much detail as you can.

    Hi @kindkids can you provide a link to your form so I can see the problem live? Also, go to “Donations > Settings > Payment Gateways” and under PayPal is the “Disable PayPal IPN Verification” checked or unchecked?
