Training Day set up

    I want to set up a training day which has 5 different tutors operating between 10 and 5pm on the same day. Each tutor will only be doing one to one sessions and no groups of people. People need to be able to book with who they want to during the day with a tutor or tutors that have an available slot at the time they want, for example: Person 1 wants to book with Tutor 1 10-11am and Tutor 3 12-1pm and then Tutor 5 4pm to 5pm. Can this be done using Services, setting each tutor as a service or will it only work by having more than one calendar showing i.e for each tutor all in the same form?

    If each tutor has a separated availability then you have to use a different calendar for each tutor, this way each availability will be managed separately.

    Each tutor calendar can be located in different forms or into the same booking form.

    If you want to display them into the same booking form then the best solution is through using the conditional logic feature (commercial version of the plugin) to display only one calendar at time (the calendar of the selected tutor), the following article explains how to do that:
