Traffic report, help :-(

Hi, I run a arts and culture word press at tappingsource.wordpress.com and am having a problem generating traffic and generally networking with other bloggers. It is something I have become passionate about recently, and it would be great to form helpful relationships with fellow bloggers who could offer suggestions for improvement, guidance and camaraderie.
