Traction PRO Theme installment problem

    hi, i’m a newbie here so take care of me pls… anyway
    when i install the Traction PRO theme i got this error:
    “Unpacking the package…

    Incompatible Archive. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”

    first thing i did was re-archive it in .zip format then it installs. now, after uploading it i got another error:
    Destination folder already exists. /home/japhet/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/Traction_PRO_v1.0/

    and this:
    Traction_PRO_v1.0 Stylesheet is missing.

    so can you help me? i’ll appreciate any suggestions you make

    now i get this:
