You can show the counts on the front-end, so that you then know it yourself as well.
For the Facebook like button, there is no other form of tracking, as it is embedded code provided by Facebook.

One question about that. If I show the count on my website fb like button will I be able to tell the difference btw a like from my website and a like from my FB page or is it all the same count?

The like-button on your website will show how many likes the page got where the button is on. It doesn’t have anything to do with your Facebook page.
Note, however, that as part of this plugin https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/usm-premium/ you can make the Like-button like your Facebook page (or any other page for that matter) and not the page where it is on.
