    Hello.

    I’m running into several problems and I hope you can shed some light.

    1. The country is not detected and says unknown when you hover on it.
    2. The IP is not displayed properly but like 2a02:214d:801c:2000:a831:b216:c15c:e043.
    3. The Homepage is displayed just as a / Shouldn’t it be displayed as https://www.site.com?
    3. Geolocation option is not available at all and the world map in dashboard shows as blank.

    Hi, let me address your concerns one by one

    1. you might have a firewall/proxy/load balancer that is not sending the right information to the web server; please check with your service provider
    2. those are IPv6 addresses, and the MaxMind database we use does not support IPv6 to determine countries
    3. for brevity we drop the domain name from all the internal URLs, to avoid cluttering the interface

    Thanks for the reply.

    I have not managed to resolve anything yet.
    I’m using Cloudflare. Also I have checked “Enable IPv6 support and gateway” in Cloudflare.
    Maybe it has something to do with that?

    All I can say is that our IP geolocation database DOES NOT support IPv6 addresses at this time, because the one that does requires PHP 5.3 or higher to work, while we want to keep the compatibility with PHP 5.2 for our users.
