Tracking Post "opens"

    Currently, Post views count is tracking each time a post is viewed. If there are 10 posts listed on the first page, each post receives credit for a view every time the page is accessed. I only want the counter to add one, if the post is clicked to read the full content of the post. Is this doable? If so, how?

    Any/all help will be appreciated. Tx
