Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
WooCommerce doesn’t have any order tracking feature by default. It seems like you are using some third-party plugin, or maybe you’ve implemented this as custom functionality for that.
Can you please confirm whether you are using any plugin or custom code for that?
I am looking forward to your reply.
Best,
I am using this shortcode- [woocommerce_order_tracking]
Which is available on this woocommerce official documents- https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/
Please have a look it is a default shortcode by wooocommerce I am not using any 3rd party plugin for this page.
Hi @veneetsayyer11
Thank you for clarifying. I added the same shortcode [woocommerce_order_tracking] to my test site page, but couldn’t replicate the issue. The order status shows up upon clicking Track once.
Can you tried deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching theme to Storefront to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts?
You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
