    The tracking of this webshop isn’t working anymore. Can you see what is the problem?

    Hi Erik,

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that since you have Implemented GA Script (UA tag) Via GTM, you haven’t enabled “Add Global site Tracking Code option” from our plugin.

    Reason:

    Go through the FAQs of our plugin.

    Solution:

    Enable “Add Global site Tracking Code option” from our plugin.

    Hi,

    Just 1 question. Does it matter I have the two enabled? I have some tracking of links and phone numbers by GTM and want to keep this.

    Hi,

    Having 2 scripts can create a discrepancy in your analytics account & affect the bounce rate but removing only UA tag from GTM will not affect any other trackings. UA tag is not mandatory to track other events via GTM
