Tracking link very long in email

Hello,

A customer recently forwarded his order confirmation to us and we noticed that the tracking link was very long (about 5 lines in the email). This does not look very good or professional.

Is this normal and if so is there any way a neat URL can be used? We have yet to test this ourselves with a test order, but in the past we did not have this problem (the link was a stabdard looking URL.
