Totally login screen

Hi;

I developed an HTML/CSS screen to be my login screen and after creating it (this is the screen http://goo.gl/2AzauR), I thought it will be easy to convert it from (regular screen: http://goo.gl/CBEkKG) to the one I created

More over I tried many many plugins and tweaks for this
I tweaked CSS style file using different plugins, in the image bellow:-

Now I need some help to know how can I convert my CSS/HTML to be website login page and exactly the same as http://goo.gl/2AzauR
