totally frustrated!!

I have installed WP on godaddy.com. the site has never worked even though I have done everything possible to redirect files, change root directories, nothing works or I am in way over my head and need to stop. If that is the case, godaddy and wordpress need to change the way they market to regular people like me.

the last thing I have tried is creating a redirect index.php. nothing works…
Hope someone can help.
