Iklow,
Can you check what is in your wp_top_ten table?
The only way is to get hold of an older counts is to restore them from a backup of your site’s mySQL database

Hi Ajay,
Thank you for the reply. Where can I find my wp_top_ten table? Your suggestion seems too technical to me.
I just checked my WP dashboard and noticed that the total views for the reset posts still remain as “1” (one) even though there are new views for the past 2 days.
What had actually caused this issue to pop up? Is it caused by the latest version that I had updated in my WP? Will the next release rectify this error?

Hi,
What’s the site URL? There could be a problem with the tracker not working
Could you please try the fixes on the second post of this: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/top-10-2x-tracking-fix?replies=2

Hi,
I checked your site and looks like the tracking script is working fine. Are you noticing that the counts are not updating. What about in the backend i.e. the WP-Admin?
Or, have I misunderstood your question?

Hi Ajay,
Yes, you’re right. The daily tracking is working but not the year to date views.
Can I send you a screenshot for checking?

Yes please, that would be helpful. Actually, I’m not sure what you mean by year to date? The plugin doesn’t have year to date inbuilt in.

Hi Ajay,
I refer the total views column as the year to date views. In my dashboard, the total views figure is lesser than the today’s views figures. This seem incorrect. I don’t understand why this error only happened to certain posts. Does it mean that my Top10 plugin is not working correctly?
I had already sent you a screenshot via your email just now. Kindly check your mailbox. Thank you.
