• I have used this plugin for many years and it worked okayish, but recently they completely rebuilt/refactored the plugin and totally fucked up. And that is for months now – and no resolution in sight.

I even have the paid premium version. It begins with the plugin ‘forgetting’ my licence key again and again (which breaks my automation). When I manually refresh the licence key it works again.

Basic functionalities (like filtering content by xml attributes) are not working. And if you report those issues to them you get answers like (original quote!):

“The issue that you reported is a known issue in Aggregator v5 and our team is working on a fix. The fix will be included in one of the upcoming releases of Aggregator. We appreciate your patience while we work on resolving this. ” – and just remember: I pay for a product they label “Elite” – lol

    Thanks for nothing.

    Hi Sebastian,

Sorry to hear about your experience, especially after using the plugin for so many years.

I saw that you contacted our support team last week and today, so thank you for taking the time to report the issues there as well.

Regarding the license key disconnecting: this isn’t something we’re seeing reported, so we’d like to take a closer look at your specific setup to understand why it’s happening. Manually refreshing the license shouldn’t be necessary, and we’ll investigate this further through the support thread.

For the XML attribute filtering, you’re correct that this is a known issue in Aggregator v5. We’re continuing to work through fixes following the major rebuild of the plugin, and this item is on the list for an upcoming release.

We do appreciate you raising these points, and we’ll continue the conversation with you via support so we can dig into the details of your site.
