For anyone who wants further info on this, Chipmunk Scripts (http://www.chipmunk-scripts.com/) has a topsites script which can be partially integrated into WordPress by calling the header, sidebar and footer. If anyone needs and help feel free to contact me.
To tell the truth Chipmunk Scripts Topsites is very fr from being called WordPress plug-in.
I was thinking about writing such a plug-in but never got a time or customer request for it. The plug-in should utilize generic WordPress posts routine for topsite entries. And if possible to preserve blog functionality.

Has anyone tried the MunkyTopList plugin?. They don’t have any screenshots or demos on their site.
