Topbar Items are stacking vertically not horizontally

Hey Guys,

I love this Bar but unfortunately it is not displaying the way I would like it to on my site I am working on here http://www.raygoren.com/

Basically the text, form field and subscribe button are all stacking vertically and I would like them to display horizontally like your site shown here https://mc4wp.com/add-ons/.

If you could please help me out it would be greatly appreciated. I can dive into the ftp and change the css manually but I feel like this is not the way I should have to do it.
