Just create a new admin user in your admin’s dashboard, or send us your credentials if that’s easier by you.

It requires internal debugging of the plugin and the API requests to our server. I wish it was simple enough to write some instructions. I can assure you that we won’t make any harm to your blog and only work on the plugin. Unfortunately if we won’t have an access we won’t be able to help further. Your call.

Really? Can you recommend anyway to narrow down the problem? Requesting admin access is the absolute last thing you should try, not the first.
For example:
@deankisyov Can you temporarily disable all of your plugins except the Rating-Widget and (also temporarily) switch to the Twenty Thirteen theme?
Once you’v done that, clear your browser’s cache and cookies and try to reproduce the problem by setting it to show 10 posts again.
I totaly understand the concerns. But in this case we have to monitor the server side API request. From some reason the server return only one result even though it should return 10. As mentioned before, it’s a complex debugging thus we ask for the access.
