Top Navigation Suddenly MIssing

The top nav on this blog http://www.waterlooiowapetvet.com is suddenly missing. I was trying to work with the page titles using a plugin and was having negative results. I talked to the creator and he made some suggestions. As I tried to implement them using a child theme, everything fell apart. I didn’t actually finish creating the child theme (used some one-click plugin) and ended up deleting it, then my menu was gone. Firebug doesn’t even detect anything there except the container – links are totally gone. If anyone could help I’d really appreciate it. I don’t have a lot of experience with coding so please be gentle.
