Top Nav Bar Will Not Center!

My topbar / navigation bar’s text will not center to the page no matter what I try. It’s offset to the left a little bit. I’ve watched some videos and tried some additional CSS and coding but I can’t figure it out. It looks like it’s centering to the main chunk of the webside, ignoring the sidebar?

Does anyone have a fix for this?

I’m using Patricia Blog theme.
