The reason for the issue can be several, we need to debug source codes from your website to find out the reason for the issue.
1. The reason for the issue can be your installed plugins, please deactivate them one by one and you will able to catch the which one was the source for the issue.
2. If you want to not lose all the changes made with the plugins, please install 3rd party plugin staging, clone your website database and make the changes on the cloned staging site, here is the video guide to better understand how it works.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YtY-q5BBpeE
3. OR simply, social icons can have the same colour as having a top bar and for that, they are not visible.

I did all of the things you said but nothing changed. Maybe you can tell me the right source code folder to fix the issue. (I tried style.css, dynamic.css,rtl.css etc)

Nick is here from the Developer team, if you did all previous recommendations and it still not works it might be your Localhost WP related issue, like js file not loading correctly due to the incorrect WP or Localhost configuration, I have tested and the theme works fine on normal server + on localhost setup as well.
Run google chrome developer tools with f12 and probably there will be an error in the consol log, try to identify it, then fix it, and all be fine then.
