That’s strange, it should work on mobiles as well.

the pre header is basically still there, though we’re hiding menu’s inside the pre-header on mobiles because they can contain sub-menu’s which wouldn’t work on mobiles inside the pre-header.

Instead of using a menu inside the pre-header, you can try to add custom links as a workaround.
