If i have content with plain text in My Library is not visible in social content, if is edited with elementor is fine.
Are you using the latest theme version? I just tried, I have created a new template in Theme Panel > My Library without using Elementor, just text, I selected the template in Top Bar > Social and the text appears instead of the social links.

yes the latest version, I returned to 1.4 and the content re-appeared
That is very weird, I would need more information to be able to see what is wrong on your site, can you create a pre-purchase ticket on oceanwp.org?
